9/11 Law Firm Agrees to Cap Fees at $115 Million

In a move to salvage a huge settlement on behalf of the 9/11 Worker’s who were exposed to dust at Ground Zero, the law firm of Worby Groner Edelman & Napoli Bern has agreed to cap its attorney’s fee’s to 20% of the $657 Million Dollar settlement that has been reached.  Rather than collecting more than $200 million in legal fees, the law firm stands to collect roughly $115 million.

There are more than 10,000 worker’s who will split the remaining settlement amount.  Some are suffering from asthma, others cancer, but the majority fear that they will one day fall ill to the exposure to the toxic dusts that were present.
